The 2 mini apartments are located on the seafront just 30 meters from the beach, in a fully equipped residential area with all types of commercial activities and services in general.
Each service can be reached in a few minutes (pharmacy, hygiene store, supermarket, bakery, ice-cream parlor, restaurants, pizzerias, train station, church & basilicas, McDonald’s, shopping center, pet shops and much more.
2 km from the ancient port of Anzio from where you can quickly reach the enchanting island of Ponza by hydrofoil or ferry. Nearby you can find various possibilities for recreation and entertainment, from the swimming pool, to the disco, to the skating rink, to horse riding, etc.
The town is very well connected to Rome by the Roma-Nettuno railway that connects Anzio with Roma Termini in around 1 hour. The train station is an 8-minute walk from the houses.
Sand beach. From the beach you can reach the warm waters, cliffs and caves of Nero on foot or by sea. Possibility of choosing between free beaches or beach resorts.

The mini-holiday homes are on street level and benefit of common garden with swings and patio equipped with a wood oven, barbecue and washing machine.
